Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of Photo Lesson (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Service
The App provides lessons for learning composition and camera viewpoints, AR object practice, saved lesson progress, daily challenges, sharing and viewing camera viewpoints, and Pro features offered by subscription.
Accounts
- You may sign in with Apple or Google.
- Some published lessons and AR practice can be used with a guest account automatically created by the App. Guest and signed-in accounts can be deleted from the Account screen.
- Deleting an account removes account-linked data such as posts, likes, practice history, and synchronized lesson progress.
Posts
The posting feature shares AR object viewpoints rather than photographs or free-form social posts. A post includes camera and object position and orientation, timestamp, and author ID. You use this feature at your own responsibility. Report inappropriate posts in the App or contact support@photolesson-practice.com.
Prohibited Conduct
- Violating laws, public order, or these Terms
- Harassment, discrimination, threats, impersonation, or infringement of others’ rights
- Inappropriate, offensive, sexual, violent, spam, or advertising content or use
- Interfering with the App, servers, networks, or third-party services
- Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, vulnerability probing, or misuse of credentials
- Circumventing or obstructing billing, usage limits, review, reporting, or blocking
Reports, Blocks, and Content Handling
To address inappropriate posts, we may provide reporting and blocking, hide posts from listings, or restrict or delete posts or accounts. Reported posts and posts from blocked users may no longer appear in your listings.
Paid Plans
The App may offer monthly and annual Pro plans. See the in-app purchase screen, App Store purchase sheet, Subscription Policy, and Commercial Transactions for prices, duration, renewal, cancellation, and refunds.
Intellectual Property
Rights in the App’s text, UI, design, software, educational materials, AR objects, and other content belong to the operator or their lawful owners. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, or redistribute them beyond what is necessary to use the App.
Disclaimers
- The App supports photography learning but does not guarantee photographic, evaluation, or learning results.
- AR display and evaluation may not work correctly depending on the device, OS, camera, lighting, or network.
- Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
Suspension, Changes, and Termination
We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the App for maintenance, outages, security, legal compliance, or service improvements.
Changes to These Terms
Changes will be posted on this page. Material changes will also be communicated in the App or by another appropriate method.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Japanese court having jurisdiction over the operator’s location has exclusive agreed jurisdiction in the first instance for disputes relating to the App.
